Clubroom - Kulmahuone

Kulmahuone is located in the central business block at Vanhatie 48, and it is also available for rent by private individuals and companies. For associations, the use of the space is free of charge.
Companies are charged a usage fee for the space, which can be used, for example, to organize exhibitions, training sessions, or meetings.
Residents can rent Kulmahuone for private events such as birthday parties or class reunions.

Kulmahuone can be booked through the meeting room (Kokoustilat) reservation system. Here is the link to the booking service.
A responsible person must be designated for each reservation. This person is responsible for ensuring that the rules of the space are followed. The responsible person’s details must be provided at the time of booking.
NOTE: If there are less than 5 days until the rental date at the time of booking and you have not received instructions for key collection on the same day, please contact the municipal information service at +358 40 359 6000.
By making a reservation, the user agrees to comply with the Kulmahuone rules; see the Terms of Use.
The rental fee will be invoiced by email and must be paid in connection with the reservation.
Rental rates:

Key Collection and Return
Instructions for key collection and return are provided with the booking confirmation. The person designated as responsible at the time of booking is liable for any lost key.
Terms of Use
All users agree to comply with the following rules:
1. Booking and Responsibility
The person making the reservation and the designated responsible person must be at least 18 years old.
The responsible person is accountable for both the people present in the space and the property within it. If users are under 18 years old, the responsible person must be present at all times. In other words, minors are not allowed to use the space on their own.
2. General Rules of Conduct
Kulmahuone is a shoe-free space. Shoes must be removed and left in the entrance area.
Smoking is prohibited indoors and in front of the entrance. A designated smoking area with an ashtray is available in the building’s inner courtyard.
The use of candles or any open flame is prohibited. LED candles are allowed.
Users are responsible for their own catering. Items in the kitchen cupboards (e.g. coffee) belong to regular users and are not available for others.
The space may be used between 08:00 and 22:00.
Overnight stays are not permitted.
Animals are not allowed in the space.
3. Cleaning and Returning the Space
The responsible person must ensure that the space is left in the same clean condition as it was upon arrival.
Dishes must be washed and returned to their places, including those in the dishwasher.
The dishwasher must not be left running (note: the quick cycle lasts 50–55 minutes).
Tables must be wiped.
Waste must be taken to the outdoor waste collection area.
Cleaning supplies in the utility closet are available for users.
Personal food items must be removed from the refrigerator.
Furniture must be returned to its original positions if moved.
The cabinet unit in the center of the room must not be moved, as this may damage the interior setup.
Lights must be turned off when leaving.
The kitchen window must be closed.Doors must be locked.
The key must be returned according to the instructions.
Please allow sufficient time for cleaning.
If the space is left uncleaned, or if dishes are not washed or the dishwasher is not emptied, a cleaning fee will be charged in accordance with standard cleaning service rates.
4. Equipment and Network
Kulmahuone has an open wireless network: Kulmahuone Public.
A large display with an HDMI connection is available. The remote control can be found in a leather pouch attached behind the screen.
