Payment and prices

Sports facilities are free of charge for sports clubs and associations in Pyhäjoki, provided the users are under 18 years of age..
Prices for other users of sports facilities and locker room keys for the winter swimming pool

Ollinmäki's Gym pricing and payments

One time payment / 4 €

  • 1 month / 15 €
  • 2 months / 28 €
  • 3 months / 40 €
  • 4 months / 50 €
  • 5 months / 60 €
  • 6 months / 70 €

Pensioner pass  for 1 year €15 (Pyhäjoki residents aged 63 or more) including use of winter swimming place   €17.

Youth (under 16 year olds) gym free of charge.

Use of gym at half price for the unemployed, students and pensioners.

You must show proof of entitlement to a discount (e.g. student card) when making your purchase.      
The door code is personal and named, and is valid from the date indicated at the information desk.

Gym users can get the door code by email to info [at] pyhajoki.fi or at the information desk of the Municipal Hall at Ollinmäentie 3 

Users must complete/return the commitment form

The validity of the door code is updated at the Municipal Hall information desk. More information from info on 040 359 6000 

The tokens are still in use, but if you want to exchange a token for a door code, you can return the token to the Municipal Hall information desk. The €10 or €20 deposit will be refunded when you return the token.
 

Gym monthly card payment instructions

Option 1
1) Choose new payment in your online bank and complete the following fields: 

Beneficiary: Pyhäjoki Municipality
Account number: FI05 5381 1720 0034 13    OKOYFIHH
Reference number: 2020 73110

2) Pay the amount for the time you want to use the gym according to the gym pricelist into the account
 

Option 2
When using the Smartum app, pay ”Kulttuuri- ja vapaa-aikatoimi, Pyhäjoki". Notify info at the Municipal Hall on info [at] pyhajoki.fi:

*state the date that you want the validity of the door code to start,

* the number of months you have paid for

* your name and telephone number

 *attach the receipt of payment

You can pay in cash, by bank debit or credit card and paper Smartum vouchers at the Municipal Hall Info desk (Municipality of Pyhäjoki, Ollinmäentie 3 (Energy Tower), 86100 Pyhäjoki, tel. 040 359 6000).

Winter swimming charge

You can collect the winter swimming changing room key from the Municipal Hall info desk. The annual charge for the key is €20 (or pensioner pass +€2). How to pay:
- in cash or by card at the info desk when collecting the key or
- To the Municipality of Pyhäjoki bank account FI05 5381 1720 0034 13, message Winter swimming or 
- by invoice (usually in January); give the billing details when you collect the key

Access code to Yppäri school gym

Sessions at Yppäri school gym can be booked in the Julius online reservation calendar. When you book, you will automatically be sent a door code so that you can access the session you have booked. Free of charge to Yppäri residents until the end of 2025.

Sports Centre

Anyone booking a section session will receive the door code by email when making the booking: Use the code to enter through the main door of the Sports Centre.

Charges for using Pyhäjoki sport centre

  • Gym section (section 1, 2 or 3)  -   €6 / h / section
  • Whole gym (sections 1, 2 and 3) - €15 / h / whole gym
  • Gymnastics facilities - €6  / h
  • Rent for the whole sports centre (incl. all facilities) €20 / h or €200 / day.

If you do not cancel your session, you will be invoiced. Please do not pay for you session in advance, but wait for an invoice. We invoice customers in December, June and August for their sessions. If you want to use Smartum, for example, to pay for your session, please mention this in the Eritystoiveet section when you book your session. Payment by Smartum is made to the Municipal Hall or by app to  ”Kulttuuri- ja vapaa-aikatoimi, Pyhäjoki”. Sports sessions for children under 16 are free of charge.

Priority will be given to associations organising sports activities for children and young people, as opposed to private use, and to the residents of Pyhäjoki.

Events organised by the municipality's own institutions are subject to an internal rent in accordance with the above price list. The institutions may, within the limits of their budgets, exempt the user from user charges. In this case, the user charge is payable by the respective department as an internal charge
