It is not possible to borrow works of art, pay charges, obtain a new library card or use the customer printers during self-service hours.
An announcement will be made about the start and end of self-service hours and about the presence of staff. When the service hours change to self-service, customers must go to the scanning device next to the main entrance of the library and log in.
Users of the self-service library undertake to comply with the rules of OUTI libraries and to keep the premises neat and tidy during their visit. Customers must ensure that the door locks both when entering and when leaving the library. Customers must leave the library premises immediately when the self-service hours end. If the customer triggers the alarm, the customer is liable for the costs of a false alarm.
The library is a public space and subject to the provisions of the Public Order Act [612/2003]. Violation of the rules may result in the temporary loss of the right to use the self-service library. These rules include the rules for the use of the self-service library, the general rules for the use of the library, the Public Order Act and the safer space policy of Pyhäjoki Library.
