Pyhäjoki is a municipality with a population around 3,000 on the coast of the Gulf of Bothnia in North Ostrobothnia. The municipal centre is in the delta region of the river Pyhäjoki and Pyhäjoki residents also live in the Vibrant villages of Pirttikoski, Yppäri, Parhalahti and Liminkakylä. The municipality is home to quality early education and care, education and other basic services. Also, the natural surroundings, river and sea, coupled with good cultural and leisure opportunities make Kalajoki a good home municipality for everyone who lives there.
