Rented accommodation
Rented accommodation in Pyhäjoki is offered by the municipality, businesses and private persons. Rental prices vary depending on, for instance, the possible inclusion of heating costs. Usually, a deposit worth one month’s rent in value is required in connection with the rental agreement. Moreover, tenants pay for water and electricity costs according to consumption, and have to sign an individual contract with the electricity company.

Send a Housing application to the Accommodations Officer or bring the application to her or to the Administrative Officer at The Municipal Hall. The application form is available also on paper from both officers.
Apartment rentals follow the Act on Residential Leases.
