Lifestyle guidance can help you improve your wellbeing and change habits such as sleeping, eating or exercising.
You will receive support and encouragement to change your lifestyle. At the same time, you can prevent lifestyle diseases or get help to treat an existing disease.

Lifestyle guidance is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their wellbeing. It is particularly aimed at people at risk of developing diseases such as musculoskeletal disorders or cardiovascular diseases. Risks include obesity, insomnia or an unhealthy lifestyle. It is also suitable for people who have already been diagnosed with a disease.

Guidance is personalised and based on your needs. Lifestyle guidance is free of charge. The guidance is provided in cooperation with the Wellbeing services county of North Ostrobothnia (Pohde), municipalities and organisations.
Lifestyle guidance is available remotely from a digital health and social services centre. Remote lifestyle guidance is for people aged 18-65.
